Welcome to the home page for Convoy 2000.

"It is truly amazing what can be achieved if you don't mind who gets the credit"

Take a look at What's New in our web.

The Metropolitan Police Service, the Inner London Probation Service, Essex Police Service, Rotary International and Aid For Children are all teaming up to take an aid convoy to Romania in May 2000. The project will be funded from voluntary contributions by the MPS, the Probation Service, Aid for children and the Rotary Club of Great Britain.

The aim of Convoy 2000 is to improve the living conditions and quality of life of disadvantaged children living in three orphanages and a hostel for street children in Bucharest.

Help will also be given at a hospice in Constanca for children dying from aids and the elderly residents at a village for people suffering from leprosy.

What's New

The following is a list of recent additions to our web. Whenever we publish a paper, write a specification, submit a status report, or add anything else to our web, we'll put a notice here. Every month we'll remove the oldest items. The most recent changes are listed first, and each item is linked to the page with the updated content.
